You might notice the HQ imprint on my Mixcloud account. I upgraded to Pro level last year, and one of the benefits was higher-quality streaming. To max out the situation, I load FLAC lossless archive files instead of yukky mp3. Hopefully you hear the difference.
I know that the average audio geek out there wants to know what my source tracks are. For the most part, they are AIF, WAV or FLAC. Sometimes it’s hard to get artists to supply these lossless formats, but I encourage them: soulshowmike.org/submit.
