James “Biscuit” Rouse took some time out of a busy schedule to chat with me about his “Biscuit & Buddy” album, a tribute to Buddy Miles. Its US release date is September 27. Long story short… TSS listeners were granted an early listen several years ago, but the lid was then closed until European distribution details were completed. Biscuit and I even did an unreleased interview back then, but we decided to come back together to freshen up the whole thing.
