Mike Canton, host/producer of nationally syndicated “The Soul Show,” has been waiting a long time for the release of James “Biscuit” Rouse’s tribute to soulrocker Buddy Miles. Mike caught up with James shortly before the release of “Biscuit and Buddy.” James talks about how he first discovered Buddy as a teen, then was encouraged by members of the Black Rock Coalition, namely Greg Tate and Vernon Reid, to take on the album project.
