The Soul Show’s schedule is laid out for this week, next week and Week One of 2023. On 12/24, WZUM, WIUP, WTJX and WNPN air the annual Holiday Episode. It’s the eclectic mix of soul, Latin, Caribbean and more that I simply don’t think you’d hear on many stations. I hope you enjoy it.
The New Year show airs on KRBD and WNAA early/midweek, then WZUM/WIUP/WTJX/WNPN on 12/31. A little more celebration music, AND the annual Top Ten Album announcements. This year’s selection was hard, but fun as usual.

Welcome to WESM-FM on January 7th, 2023. This station is The Soul Show’s second HBCU affiliation — yayy! It serves Maryland’s Eastern Shore and beyond, and beams into Virginia and Delaware. To kick it off, TSS will broadcast a tribute to artists lost in 2022. Also, we’ll feature Carla Thomas, the queen of Stax Records who turned 80 in December.
