I spent some minutes before my weekly Golden Age gig chatting with Connie Portis, as often happens. This time was particularly significant. I found out about the upcoming Heinz History Center screening of “They Say I’m Different,” the Betty Davis biopic, and about Ms. Portis’ conversation to follow. Not getting into details, expect Connie to provide more insights about Betty’s persona that you may have heard before. It’s going to be special.
With Ms Connie Portiss at the helm, heck yeah, lovers of all things Betty Davis know the film screening event will be awesome!
